Parish School

The Private School No. 1156 “St. Michael the Archangel” was founded in 1953, starting as a kindergarten for boys initiated by the Canons Regular and the Mothers’ League. Later, the parish Caritas took over management.

In March 1962, it officially joined the educational system of Santa Fe Province, marking its formal establishment.

In 1992, after the congregation's withdrawal, the school was permanently transferred to the Archdiocese of Rosario.

Today, the primary school has expanded, offering classes from age 4 up to 7th grade in both morning and afternoon shifts, continuing a unified educational and pastoral mission.

As a place for opportunity and personal growth, the school strives to meet the challenges of modern education. In 2009, it added a secondary education program under School No. 3171, completing the full cycle of compulsory education.

For over 55 years, our educational community has been known for its commitment to Gospel values: love, peace, truth, respect, solidarity, freedom, justice, responsibility, and the common good.

We believe education is both a right and a duty. Our mission is to ensure meaningful learning experiences for every child. With hope in Christ, we aim to develop well-rounded individuals—capable of loving, thinking critically, acting responsibly, and shaping their own path in life.

Our motto “Who is like God?”—as taught by St. Michael the Archangel—guides us as we continue the legacy of those who came before, facing today’s challenges with faith and commitment.
